ConstructSim Work Package Server Help

To Create a Construction, Installation or Test Work Package

Once you create the engineering work packages, create the data model in ConstructSim Executive and upload the VCM, you can begin to define and add construction, installation or test work packages to the project.

If you do not have permission to create a work package, an error displays and you will be re-directed to the home page.

Before you begin to create work packages, make sure you are working in the correct project selected from the Project drop down at the top right of the screen.

Note: If you are creating an Installation Work Package, you need to select its parent Construction Work Package from the drop-down menu.
  1. In the Work Packaging panel, select Create work packages. The Define the new work package window opens. Fields on this screen vary according to the Package type you choose.
